The PJ Clare Band is a collection of friends (and paid servants) of PJ Clare who have come together to make music to be enjoyed. The basic premise behind the band is to try and not sound like any one artist, but rather to ensure that each piece is a celebration of the music we love. Some influences are heard more clearly than others. PJ is deeply influenced by Ryan Adams, Ben Harper, The Beatles, Pearl Jam, White Stripes, The Raconteurs, Dave Matthews, Outlaw Country (Willie, Waylon, Johnny, Kris), The Who, She Stole My Beer and a million others. Stay a while and join our mailing list.

Thursday, August 05, 2010

Hi All! Sorry it has taken me a little time to get things rolling on the site, been busy making a ton of advances and playing live. My good friend John Bergen captured these two videos of me playing some of my old broken hearted songs at ToST in Fremont, WA a few months ago. Enjoy and comment if you like em!

The whole band is very excited to be heading back into the studio at the end of this month. As with both of the last albums we will be recording with superstar producer Mike Southworth and we have some great new material to flesh out. We are going to get the music in your hands as soon as possible!
